Information for parents and caregivers
It is vital for children to have the support of their parents and caregivers throughout the Health Heroes Challenge. Home is where lifetime habits are made!
If your school does not offer the Health Heroes Challenge, please first ask a teacher to consider running the program. If your school is unwilling to join the program, your child can still take the challenge! Check out the rules on the How it Works page and find resources to undertake the challenge on the Program Materials page.
For families who have undertaken the Health Heroes Challenge, please send us your 2 minute feedback here! We'd love to improve.
