At Health Heroes, we are always inspired by the dedication of educators who bring our challenge to life in schools around the world. This month, we’re excited to share a success story from KIS International School Bangkok, where PE teacher Janet Ayeni piloted the Health Hero Challenge with her Kindergarten 2 students.
The 25 enthusiastic young learners embraced the challenge, developing five essential daily healthy habits—eating fruit and vegetables, getting enough sleep, staying active, engaging their minds, and helping others. To kick off the initiative, students created a health-related video, roleplaying the different Health Heroes. This engaging activity was shared on the school's learning platform, sparking curiosity and fostering a shared learning experience between students and parents.
Janet found the challenge to be an inclusive and educational tool that effectively builds lifelong healthy habits. Inspired by its success, she is now considering expanding Health Heroes across the entire primary school in the next academic year.
We’re thrilled to see how Health Heroes is being adapted in different schools and making a meaningful impact in classrooms worldwide. We look forward to supporting more educators in their mission to nurture healthier, happier students.
